Wenn im Winter die Tage k\u00fcrzer und fr\u00fcher dunkel werden, hei\u00dft es f\u00fcr die meisten von uns: Jetzt noch drau\u00dfen Sport treiben? Lieber nicht! Aber es gibt eine Sportart, die erst im Dunkeln so richtig Spa\u00df macht: Blackminton! Was das ist und wie das geht:<\/p>\n

Was ist Blackminton?<\/h2>\n

Wer es schon mal gespielt hat, kann best\u00e4tigen: Blackminton ist die Partyvariante von Speedminton. Die besondere Herausforderung liegt darin, dass diese Funsportart im Stockdunkeln gespielt wird. Zusammen mit fluoreszierenden Farben und Partymusik verpasst Blackminton der klassischen Sportart eine extra Portion Pepp. Die Neonlichter haben hier weniger einen Sicherheitsaspekt als vielmehr einen \u00e4sthetischen. Denn wenn ein leuchtender Ball zwischen leuchtenden Spielern in einem sonst dunklen Raum hin und her fliegt, sieht das einfach cool aus.<\/p>\n

Was man f\u00fcr Blackminton braucht<\/h2>\n

Blackminton l\u00e4sst sich in der Halle, aber auch drau\u00dfen spielen. Bei der Ausstattung gilt: Alles darf leuchten \u2013 der Ball, der Court und nat\u00fcrlich auch die Spieler. Die B\u00e4lle, sogenannte Night Speeder, sind mit Speedlights gespickt. Die Spieler tragen neonfarbene Kleidung und bemalen sich Gesicht, Arme und Beine mit fluoreszierender Farbe. In der Mitte des Spielfelds bringt eine spezielle Schwarzlichtpyramiden alles zum Leuchten. Das sieht dann in etwa so aus wie der UV-Raum unseres Halloween Runs<\/a>. Dazu schallt laute Partymusik \u2013 ein magisches Erlebnis, das fit macht und gleichzeitig richtig viel Spa\u00df bringt!<\/p>\n

Auch andere Sportarten haben den Schwarzlicht-Effekt f\u00fcr sich entdeckt und machen Sport so zum Event f\u00fcr Sp\u00e4taktive. Die wohl bekannteste unter den Dunkelsportarten ist das Moonlight Bowling<\/strong> bei Discolicht. Mittlerweile gibt es aber auch 3D-Blacklight Minigolf<\/strong> oder Black Table Tennis<\/strong>, Tischtennis mit leuchtenden B\u00e4llen in einer dunklen Hallen. Das kann man \u00fcbrigens ganz einfach auch im eigenen Hobbyraum veranstalten: Einfach die Tischtennisplatte <\/a>mit Knicklichtern schm\u00fccken, die W\u00e4nde und die Kleidung mit Neonfarbe bemalen und eine UV-Lampe aufstellen – und schon habt Ihr Eure ganz eigene Nachtsportart f\u00fcr Zuhause!<\/p>\n
