Nach 10 Wochen werdet Ihr in der Lage sein, selbst im B\u00fcro und am Schreibtisch abwechslungsreich zu trainieren. Und das ohne viel Aufwand, nur mit Eurem eigenen K\u00f6rpergewicht und Euren Schreibtischutensilien. Auch Tobi aus der Filialbetreuung ist wieder dabei, die \u00dcbungen bildlich zu unterst\u00fctzen.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>2. St\u00e4rkung der Brust<\/h2>\n<p>&#8222;Brust raus&#8220; &#8211; Kopf hoch&#8230; heute steht der Brustmukel im Vordergrund. Auch ein starker Bruskorb zeigt im Job Profil. Nachdem wir Euch die Funktion des Brustmuskels kurz erl\u00e4utern, zeigen wir Euch eine einfache Trainings\u00fcbung f\u00fcrs B\u00fcro. Pectoralis Minor<\/h3>\n<p>Der kleine Brustmuskel ist f\u00fcr das Vorw\u00e4rtsf\u00fchren der Schulter und als Hilfsmuskel f\u00fcr die Atmung zust\u00e4ndig. Vielleicht gibt es Situationen im Job, die genau das bed\u00fcrfen &#8211; wo eine St\u00e4rkung der Brust auch zum kurzen Durchatmen und zum Spannungsabbau genutzt werden kann. Wenn Du gerade sitzt, bleib sitzen, ansonsten stehe auch gern auf. Nimm beide H\u00e4nde vor die Brust und dr\u00fccke die Handinnenfl\u00e4chen f\u00fcr 15-20 sec. gegeneinander. Gerne kannst du in der H\u00f6he der H\u00e4nde variieren, um verschiedene Anteile des Brustmuskels zu trainieren. Pectoralis &#8211; 15 &#8211; 20 sec. &#8211; 3 Wdh.<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>Wichtig<\/strong> beim Training des Brustmuskels ist auch ein Training des Gegenspielers auf der R\u00fcckseite oder ein gezieltes Dehnen des Brustmuskels. Der Brustmuskel neigt zu Verk\u00fcrzungen und gerade die Oberk\u00f6rper- und Armhaltung am Schreibtisch oder vor dem Computer bedingt dies.
