Von Martin hat er folgendes Fitness-Rezept f\u00fcr Euch mitgebracht.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Low Carb Thunfisch-Pizzaboden<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/pizza2.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[4940]\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-4944\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/pizza2-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"pizza2\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/a><strong>Zutaten:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den Boden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 Dosen Thunfisch im eigenen Saft<\/li>\n<li>5 Eier<\/li>\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Thunfischdosen \u00f6ffnen und die Fl\u00fcssigkeit abgie\u00dfen. Thunfisch und Eier zu einem \u201eTeig\u201c vermengen und mit den H\u00e4nden etwas auspressen. Die Masse als Pizzateig auf einem Backblech in einer 5 mm hohen Schicht verteilen und den Boden im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180\u00b0 f\u00fcr 10-15 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die So\u00dfe:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 ml passierte Tomaten<\/li>\n<li>Kr\u00e4uter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die passierten Tomaten nach Belieben mit verschiedenen Kr\u00e4utern w\u00fcrzen.<br \/>\nIch verwende gerne tiefgefrorene Kr\u00e4uter f\u00fcr die So\u00dfe.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den Belag:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/pizza3.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[4940]\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-4942\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/pizza3-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"pizza3\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/a>Ihr k\u00f6nnt die Pizza nach Belieben belegen. Ich belege den Thunfisch-Boden wie eine ganz normale Pizza mit viel Gem\u00fcse. Ich habe die Pizza auch schon mit magerem Fleisch belegt. Surf &#8217;n&#8216; Turf sozusagen \ud83d\ude09<br \/>\nAnschlie\u00dfend kommen noch einige Scheiben Mozzarella oben drauf.
