Ich trainiere sehr oft im Fitness Studio auf verschiedenen Crosstrainern<\/a>. Bisher habe ich leider noch keinen Crosstrainer zu Hause. Jetzt hatte ich die M\u00f6glichkeit den cardiostrong Crosstrainer EX90 Plus<\/a> ausf\u00fchrlich zu testen.<\/p>\n

Einstieg und Einstellungen<\/h2>\n

Was mir direkt beim Aufsteigen auf den EX90 Plus positiv auffiel war, dass er eine Feststellbremse f\u00fcr die Pedale hat. Dadurch, dass die Pedale fixiert sind, geht das Ein- und Aussteigen sehr sicher und bequem. Die Auswahl eines Trainingsprogramms und die Einstellung von Trainingsdauer und Trainingsintensit\u00e4t haben sofort geklappt. Das kenne ich von anderen Crosstrainern ganz anders. Der EX90 Plus bietet 19 verschiedene Trainingsprogramme. Viele davon sind \u00fcber Kurzwahltasten unterhalb des LCD-Displays anw\u00e4hlbar. Das gro\u00dfe, beleuchtete Display zeigt Puls, Zeit, Widerstand, Drehzahl, Distanz, Kalorien, Geschwindigkeit und Watt an.<\/p>\n

Der Bewegungsablauf<\/h2>\n

Gro\u00dfer Spa\u00df auf geringer Aufstellfl\u00e4che<\/p><\/div>\n

Das richtige Training ging dann los und ich hatte sofort Spa\u00df an der Bewegung. Was mir am cardiostrong Crosstrainer EX90 Plus besonders gut gefallen hat, ist die M\u00f6glichkeit die Schrittl\u00e4nge w\u00e4hrend der Trainingseinheit elektronisch zu verstellen. Dadurch konnte ich w\u00e4hrend des Trainings von einer Stepp-Bewegung zu Jogging und anschlie\u00dfend zu richtigem Rennen wechseln. Praktisch: Zu jedem Bewegungsablauf gibt es eine passende Griffm\u00f6glichkeit. Dadurch kann ich beim Training nicht nur massig Kalorien verbrennen, sondern auch etwas f\u00fcr meine R\u00fcckenmuskulatur tun. F\u00fcr das stufenlose verstellen der Schrittl\u00e4nge gibt es sogar extra Kn\u00f6pfe am Ger\u00e4t. Auch sehr angenehm: Die mit 11 cm sehr geringe Schrittbreite l\u00e4sst einen sehr nat\u00fcrlichen Bewegungsablauf zu.<\/p>\n

Das Widerstandssystem<\/h2>\n

Am EX90 Plus konnte ich mich richtig auspowern. Immerhin bietet der Crosstrainer durch sein elektronisches Magnetbremssystem einen Widerstand von 10 bis zu 350 Watt. Meinen Puls konnte ich dabei kabellos mit einem Brustgurt oder \u00fcber die Handpulssensoren an das Ger\u00e4t \u00fcbertragen.<\/p>\n

Ich habe schon viele verschiedene Crosstrainer in den unterschiedlichsten Fitness Studios kennenlernen k\u00f6nnen, und habe die Erfahrung gemacht, dass jedes Ger\u00e4t einen anderen Bewegungsablauf besitzt. Der Bewegungsablauf des EX90 Plus ist wirklich sehr angenehmen mit all seinen Einstellm\u00f6glichkeiten. Die Bewegung f\u00fchlt sich einfach \u201erund\u201c und richtig an.
\nDadurch, dass der Crosstrainer ohne Schienen auskommt, ist das Training darauf au\u00dferdem besonders leise, da keine Rollger\u00e4usche entstehen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Der Komfort<\/h2>\n

Praktisch f\u00fcr Familien: Der EX90 Plus bietet mehrere Benutzerspeicher. Dadurch kann jedes Familienmitglied seinen Trainingsfortschritt aufzeichnen. Durch die praktische Halterung am Ger\u00e4t kann ich w\u00e4hrend des Trainings sogar meine Lieblingssendungen auf dem Tablet schauen oder eine Zeitschrift lesen.<\/p>\n

Mein Fazit<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Ich empfehle dieses Ger\u00e4t sowohl Einsteigern als auch erfahrenen Fitnesssportlern. Mit dem cardiostrong EX90 Plus besitzt man die besten Voraussetzungen, das Training optimal auf die eigenen Bed\u00fcrfnisse anzupassen. Der Crosstrainer eignet sich auch f\u00fcr gehobenes Heimtraining. Der Eindruck dabei ist sehr positiv.<\/p>\n
