Wer m\u00f6chte nicht einen sch\u00f6nen, muskul\u00f6sen und geformten Bauch?<br \/><!--more--><br \/>Dabei muss es nicht immer gleich das Sixpack sein, welches sich meiner Meinung nach sowieso genetisch bedingt nicht bei jedem Menschen abzeichnen kann (diese Ausrede nutze ich ganz gerne auch f\u00fcr meinen Bauch). Geformt und straff sollte er aber trotzdem sein.<\/p>\n<p>Eine gut ausgepr\u00e4gte Bauchmuskulatur ist nicht nur aus \u00e4sthetischen Gr\u00fcnden erstrebenswert. Die gerade (M. rectus abdominis), quere (M. transversus abdominis), \u00e4u\u00dfere und innere schr\u00e4ger (M. obliquus internus\/ externus abdominis) Muskeln am Bauch st\u00fctzen den Rumpf und erm\u00f6glichen eine gesunde K\u00f6rperhaltung. Das Training des Bauchmuskulatur sollte immer mit dem R\u00fcckentraining abgestimmt sein. Es gilt muskul\u00e4re Dysbalance zu vermeiden indem ein ausgewogenes Rumpftraining absolviert wird.<\/p>\n<p>Meistens sind es nicht unbedingt die gro\u00dfen, \u00e4u\u00dferlich sichtbaren Muskeln, die f\u00fcr die Gesundheit (gesunde Haltung) entscheidend sind. Trainiert werden sollten zus\u00e4tzlich auch die tieferliegenden stabilisierenden Muskeln der H\u00fcft- und Beckenmuskulatur<\/p>\n<p>Besonders f\u00fcr Sportler ist eine starke Rumpfmuskulatur wichtig. Sie stabilisieren den Oberk\u00f6rper bei Bewegungen und kompensieren die einwirkenden Kr\u00e4fte. Die Effizienz von Bewegungen der Extremit\u00e4ten wird erh\u00f6ht. Beim Fu\u00dfball z.B. wirkt sich eine robuste Rumpfmuskulatur auf Schnelligkeit, Schusskraft und Agilit\u00e4t aus.
