Sie sind unterteilt in Hals-, Brust-, Lendenwirbel sowie das Kreuz- und das Stei\u00dfbein. Von der Seite betrachtet zeigt die Wirbels\u00e4ule eine nat\u00fcrliche Kr\u00fcmmung. Diese spezielle Form sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass Ersch\u00fctterungen abgefangen und besser verteilt werden. Das Gehirn wird gesch\u00fctzt. Ohne die kr\u00e4ftige umliegende Muskulatur kann die Wirbels\u00e4ule ihre Funktion nicht vollst\u00e4ndig ausf\u00fchrung. Der K\u00f6rper ger\u00e4t aus dem Lot und es kommt zu R\u00fcckenproblemen<br \/><!--more--><br \/>Durch richtiges R\u00fcckentraining lassen sich muskul\u00e4re R\u00fcckenprobleme vermeiden und Beschwerden lindern. Es ist die R\u00fcckenmuskulatur, die gemeinsam mit der Bauchmuskulatur die Wirbels\u00e4ule st\u00fctzt und sch\u00fctzt. Neben der Kraft spielt auch die Beweglichkeit eine gro\u00dfe Rolle bei Therapie und Vorbeugung von R\u00fcckenbeschwerden. Ein beweglicher und kr\u00e4ftiger K\u00f6rper kann hohe Belastungen besser kompensieren und ist nicht so anf\u00e4llig gegen\u00fcber Verspannungen und Reizungen.<\/p>\n<p>Die folgenden Muskeln spielen eine wichtige Rolle beim Training der R\u00fcckenmuskulatur:<br \/>M. latissimus dorsi, Mm. rhomboidei, M. trapezius, M. errector spinae, M. serratus und der M. levator scapulae.<br \/>Der R\u00fccken l\u00e4sst sich mit Kraftger\u00e4ten, aber auch mit dem eigenen K\u00f6rpergewicht und kleinen Zubeh\u00f6rteilen sehr gut trainieren.<\/p>\n<p>Bei Bauch- und R\u00fccken unterscheidet man zwischen den oberfl\u00e4chlichen und den tiefen Muskeln. Die Oberfl\u00e4chlichen bilden ein starkes Korsett, w\u00e4hrend die Tiefen die Wirbels\u00e4ule und Becken stabilisieren. Die Muskelgruppen k\u00f6nnen durch unterschiedliche \u00dcbungen trainiert werden. W\u00e4hrend die gro\u00dfen Oberfl\u00e4chlichen durch dynamische \u00dcbungen gekr\u00e4ftigt werden, spricht man die Tiefen durch gezielte Stabilisations-\u00dcbungen an.<\/p>\n<p>Im folgenden \u00dcbungsvideo zeigen wir euch 10 \u00dcbungen, mit denen Ihr Eure R\u00fcckenmuskulatur ganz einfach und mit wenig Zeit Zuhause trainieren k\u00f6nnt.
