Denn Kurzhanteln sind durch ihre Gr\u00f6\u00dfe <strong>sehr platzsparend<\/strong>, wodurch sie sich <strong>optimal<\/strong> f\u00fcr ein <strong>Home Gym<\/strong> eignen. Dazu ist <strong>Kurzhanteltraining sehr effektiv<\/strong> und <strong>abwechslungsreich<\/strong>. Bei den Kurzhanteln gibt es die <strong>normale<\/strong> <strong>Kurzhantel<\/strong>, <strong>die Kompakthantel <\/strong>und <strong>die Systemhantel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Im <strong>ersten Teil<\/strong> meines Blogartikels werde ich dir die <strong>Merkmale<\/strong> der unterschiedlichen <strong>Kurzhanteln<\/strong> aufzeigen. Im <strong>zweiten Teil<\/strong> folgt dann die <strong>Erl\u00e4uterung<\/strong> der verschiedenen <strong>Kaufkriterien<\/strong>, um dir die Kaufentscheidung etwas zu erleichtern. Zum <strong>Schluss<\/strong> habe ich verschiedene <strong>Kurzhanteln<\/strong> nach diesen Kaufkriterien f\u00fcr dich <strong>getestet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Welche verschiedenen Kurzhanteln gibt es? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In diesem Teil meines Blogartikels m\u00f6chte ich dir kurz in Stichpunkten die Merkmale der verschiedenen Kurzhanteln erl\u00e4utern, damit du eine ungef\u00e4hre Ahnung davon bekommst, was die unterschiedlichen Hanteln ausmacht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Allgemeine Merkmale von Kurzhanteln <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die \u00dcbungsausf\u00fchrung erfolgt meist mit einem Paar Kurzhanteln <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es k\u00f6nnen viele \u00dcbungen f\u00fcr alle Muskelgruppen ausgef\u00fchrt werden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beim Training werden die \u00dcbungen stets mit einer Hand absolviert <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training f\u00f6rdert koordinative F\u00e4higkeiten \u2192 zus\u00e4tzliche Trainingssteigerung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Normale Kurzhanteln mit wechselbaren Hantelscheiben <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Besteht aus Hantelstange, Hantelscheiben und Verschluss<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Material der Hantelstange ist meist Stahl und besitzt eine Grifffl\u00e4che <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hantelscheiben verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber ein Loch, \u00fcber welches sie auf die Hantelstange geschoben werden und befinden sich am Ende der Stange<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Durchmesser der Hantelscheibe sollte den gleichen Durchmesser wie die Hantelstange haben (30 oder 50 mm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hantelscheiben sind wechselbar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verschlussarten: Sternverschl\u00fcsse, Klemmverschl\u00fcsse oder Federsteckverbindung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kompakthanteln <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ben\u00f6tigen durch kompakte Bauweise wenig Platz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hantelscheiben sind fest an der Hantel und nicht abnehmbar\/wechselbar <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gibt zwei Varianten: Hex-Kompakthanteln und Rundhanteln \u2192 Unterschied: Form der Scheiben<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vorteil Hex-Kompakthanteln ist, dass die Hanteln nicht wegrollen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hantelscheiben entweder mit Hammerschlag-Ummantelung oder Gummi- oder Polyurethan-Beschichtung , damit Gewichte nicht zerkratzen oder korodieren <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Werden h\u00e4ufig als Satz mit 18-20 Hantelpaaren gekauft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximalgewicht der Einzelhantel bis zu 50 kg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 Welche Kaufkriterien solltest du beim Kauf von Kurzhanteln beachten? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Belastbarkeit \/ Maximalgewicht <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Es ist wichtig, dass du dein Trainingsziel vor dem Kauf definiert hast, da du die <strong>Belastbarkeit<\/strong> der Hantel auf dein <strong>Trainingsziel<\/strong> ausrichten solltest. Dazu ist zu beachten, dass deine Kraft durch das Training stetig steigt und du dadurch die \u00dcbungen mit mehr Gewicht absolvierst. Also sollte die Hantelstange auch deine zuk\u00fcnftige Kraft aushalten. Die Hantelstange sollte also \u00fcber ein <strong>hohes Maximalgewicht<\/strong> verf\u00fcgen .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gewichtsscheiben <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wichtig<\/strong> ist auch die <strong>richtige Auswahl<\/strong> der <strong>Hantelscheiben<\/strong>. Bei den Hantelscheiben gibt es <strong>zwei Arten: Kunststoffscheiben mit F\u00fcllung<\/strong> oder <strong>Scheiben aus Gusseisen, Stahl oder Vollgummi (Bumper Plates)<\/strong>. Beim Kauf solltest du beachten, dass <strong>Stange<\/strong> und <strong>Scheibe<\/strong> \u00fcber einen dieser beiden Durchmesser verf\u00fcgen und im Idealfall auch \u00fcber den <strong>Gleichen<\/strong>. Die 30 mm Hantelscheiben eignen sich gut f\u00fcr Trainingsanf\u00e4nger und die 50 mm werden eher von Fortgeschrittenen genutzt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hantelscheibenaufnahme<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei der Hantelscheibenaufnahme ist es wichtig, dass <strong>gen\u00fcgend Platz<\/strong> f\u00fcr Scheiben vorhanden ist, damit du bei zunehmender Kraft mit gen\u00fcgend Gewicht trainieren kannst. Mit einer <strong>langen Hantelscheibenaufnahme<\/strong> machst du beim Kauf also <strong>alles richtig<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Verschluss<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei den Verschl\u00fcssen gibt es <strong>mehrere Varianten<\/strong>. Beim <strong>Sternverschluss<\/strong> werden die Hantelscheiben mit einer <strong>Mutter <\/strong>\u00fcber ein <strong>Gewinde<\/strong> befestigt und ist dadurch sehr <strong>sicher<\/strong>. Er ist gut f\u00fcr <strong>Kurzhanteln<\/strong>, da beim Kurzhanteltraining oft <strong>dynamische \u00dcbungen<\/strong> (Hantel wird vertikal gehalten) ausgef\u00fchrt werden. Allerdings dauert der Gewichtsscheibenwechsel etwas l\u00e4nger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die <strong>schnellere<\/strong> Variante sind die <strong>Federsteckverbindungen<\/strong> oder <strong>Klemmverschl\u00fcsse<\/strong>. Stahl, Gusseisen und Eisen garantieren eine <strong>lange Lebensdauer<\/strong>. Dazu sollten die Hantelstangen verchromt sein, da der <strong>Chrom<\/strong> die Hantelstange <strong>besser sch\u00fctzt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Der Test der verschiedenen Kurzhanteln <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Im dritten und letzten Teil meines Blogartikels habe ich verschiedene Kurzhanteln getestet. Ich habe <strong>zwei klassische Kurzhanteln mit wechselbaren Hantelscheiben<\/strong>, <strong>eine Kompakthantel<\/strong> und <strong>eine Systemhantel<\/strong> mal genauer unter die Lupe genommen. Die <strong>Hantelstange<\/strong> ist aus <strong>verchromtem Stahl<\/strong>, der sehr <strong>hochwertig<\/strong> und <strong>stabil<\/strong> ist. Dazu ist die <strong>Grifffl\u00e4che geriffelt<\/strong>, wodurch die Hantel beim Training gut und sicher in der Hand liegt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der <strong>Durchmesser<\/strong> der Hantelstange betr\u00e4gt <strong>30 mm<\/strong> und die <strong>Hantelscheibenaufnahme<\/strong> hat eine L\u00e4nge von <strong>10,5 cm<\/strong>, was bei Kurzhanteln die Standardl\u00e4nge ist. Auf diese 10,5 cm passen vier 2,5 kg Hantelscheiben also mindestens 10 kg pro Seite. Dazu besitzt die Hantelstange ein <strong>Eigengewicht<\/strong> von <strong>2,5 kg<\/strong> und eine <strong>Belastbarkeit<\/strong> von <strong>75 kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die im Set enthaltenen <strong>Hantelscheiben<\/strong> sind aus <strong>Gusseisen<\/strong>, wodurch sie sehr robust und langlebig sind. Des Weiteren konnte ich die Hantelscheiben ganz leicht auf die Hantelstange schieben und wieder abnehmen. Im <strong>Set<\/strong> sind <strong>vier 2,5 kg<\/strong> und <strong>zwei 1,25 kg Scheiben<\/strong> enthalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der <strong>Verschlussmechanismus<\/strong> ist ein <strong>Sternverschluss<\/strong>. Die Mutter des Verschlusses lie\u00df sich sehr leicht drehen, wodurch ich den Verschluss auch mit nur einer Hand \u00f6ffnen konnte und schnelle Gewichtswechsel m\u00f6glich sind. Dazu sitzen die Hantelscheiben sehr sicher auf der Hantelstange und wackeln bei der \u00dcbungsausf\u00fchrung nicht, was den Trainingskomfort erh\u00f6ht. Diese <strong>Hantelstange<\/strong> besteht aus <strong>verchromtem Qualit\u00e4tsstahl<\/strong> und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine <strong>gummierte Grifffl\u00e4che<\/strong>, welche eine sehr hohe Griffigkeit garantiert. Durch die gummierte Fl\u00e4che ist das Handling noch etwas besser als bei der Taurus Kurzhantel 15 kg. Der <strong>Durchmesser<\/strong> der Hantelstange betr\u00e4gt <strong>30 mm<\/strong> und die <strong>Hantelscheibenaufnahme<\/strong> ist auch hier <strong>10,5 cm<\/strong> lang. Allerdings betr\u00e4gt das <strong>Eigengewicht<\/strong> der Hantelstange nur <strong>430 g<\/strong>. Dadurch verf\u00fcgt diese Hantelstange \u00fcber eine etwas geringere <strong>Belastbarkeit<\/strong> von <strong>50 kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da bei dieser Hantel keine Hantelscheiben mit geliefert wurden, habe ich bei dieser Hantelstange die Hantelscheiben des Taurus Kurzhantel-Sets genutzt. Auch bei dieser Hantelstange lie\u00dfen sich die Hantelscheiben leicht auf die Kurzhantel schieben. Neben der Hantelstange sind im <strong>Lieferumfang zwei Clipverschl\u00fcsse bzw. Federsteckverbindung<\/strong> enthalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei dieser Verschlussvariante brauchte ich zwei H\u00e4nde und musste etwas Kraft aufwenden, um sie auf die Hantelstange zu schieben und die Hantelscheiben zu befestigen. Zwar sitzen auch bei diesem Verschluss die Hantelscheiben sicher, allerdings lassen sich die Scheiben trotzdem etwas bewegen. Die Selectabell verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber <strong>15<\/strong> verschiedene <strong>Gewichtsabstufungen<\/strong> <strong>(4,5, 5,5, 6,75, 9, 10, 11,25,13,5, 14,5, 15,75, 18, 19, 20,25, 22,5, 23,5 und 24,75 kg)<\/strong>, da neben den \u201enormalen\u201c Gewichtsscheiben am Griff noch zus\u00e4tzliches Gewicht \u00fcber einen weiteren Stiftverschlussmechanismus befestigt werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dazu k\u00f6nnen noch <strong>feinere Gewichtsabstimmungen<\/strong> eingestellt werden, wenn an den <strong>Seiten verschiedene Gewichte<\/strong> eingestellt werden. Zwar ger\u00e4t durch die unterschiedlichen Gewichte die Hantel etwas aus der Balance, allerdings wird dadurch <strong>zus\u00e4tzlich<\/strong> die <strong>Handgelenksstabilit\u00e4<\/strong>t verbessert.
